1. Refund Policy Overview

Elite Wealth Management Solutions generally offers services on a fee basis that may include:

  • Asset management fees based on a percentage of assets under management
  • Financial planning fees for comprehensive or specialized planning services
  • Consultation fees for one-time or ongoing advisory services
  • Event registration fees for seminars, webinars, and workshops

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service provided and the circumstances of the refund request. We strive to handle all refund requests fairly and in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable regulations.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

2.1 Asset Management Services

For asset management services, where fees are typically charged quarterly in advance based on the value of assets under management:

  • If you terminate our asset management services during a quarter, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid fees for the unused portion of the quarter.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in the quarter after the effective date of termination.
  • Termination will be effective upon receipt of written notice from you or as specified in the notice.

2.2 Financial Planning Services

For financial planning services where an upfront fee is charged:

  • If you cancel before we have started work on your financial plan, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid.
  • If you cancel after we have begun work but before delivery of the final plan, we may provide a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Once a financial plan has been delivered in its final form, fees are generally non-refundable.

2.3 Consultation Services

For one-time consultation services:

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
  • No refund will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.

2.4 Events and Workshops

For paid events, seminars, webinars, and workshops:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7-13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event.

3. Refund Processing Timeframes

We process refunds promptly upon approval:

  • For payments made by credit card, refunds will typically be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • For payments made by check or wire transfer, refunds will be issued by check and may take 10-15 business days to process.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take an additional 2-10 business days after processing.

If your payment was made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or wire transfer, please include your banking information when requesting a refund to ensure proper processing of your refund.

  • Customized Services: Highly customized services that have been tailored specifically to your needs and have been delivered as agreed may not be eligible for refunds.
